I began thinking I might need a support band for my pregnancy about 5 weeks ago but thought I'd just push through to the end because I was already 30 weeks pregnant. That was a huge mistake! During that time all my symptoms got much worse. I'm now 35 weeks pregnant and just relieved this in the mail and immediately put it on. I could immediately feel the relief in my buttock muscles that were straining to hold up the weight of my growing belly. The band is easy to put on myself with zero assistance, and when I need to sit down and take a break, easy to quickly undo. Walking feels easier, as does standing. I'm feeling less pain in my lower back, glutes, and sciatic nerve, and it's helped my gait. I do not feel like I'm going to fall over anymore when wearing it also, which is a huge plus!
The overall design seems rugged and like it'll definitely last me the duration of my pregnancy and even beyond as I recover from pregnancy and childbirth.
Trust me, it's worth the money no matter how far along you already are! Don't continue to suffer.

My rib and back pain was so bad I couldn't function by the end of each day. This supports my back so well. The fabric might bunch a little when I sit down but that's a small issue if this helps me get through the last 6 weeks of pregnancy. I thought I only received two of the three pieces, to begin with but the upper abdomen support comes attached to the back support.

I work 12hr shifts as a CNA in a hospital where I take care of up to 16 pts at a time. Before I ordered this brace, I was miserable and had no idea how I would be able to work for the rest of my pregnancy. I’m now 7 months and moving around better than I was at 5-6. I do have to adjust it for sitting and standing and I still need to sit as much as possible near the end of my shift but I am nowhere near as uncomfortable as I was. My back pain is gone and my hip pain is 85% better.

I have used this belt a few times when pregnancy aches have made getting around difficult and it has greatly reduced some of the extra strain. I am expecting twins and it has helped me reduce back and lower abdominal pain. One thing I am not a huge fan of is the over-the-top strap it slides off and is kind of loose but other than that it has been comfortable and helped reduce muscle aches in my back and lower abs.
