My best friend is pregnant and going into her third trimester. She has been suffering from pelvic pain throughout her entire pregnancy. She said she tried several support belts that just weren’t working. So, I began to ask around. Several people recommended Nu Momz. So, I bought one and gave it to her as a gift. Ever since she’s been wearing it, she swears that the pain has been reduced significantly. This could be one of the best presents I’ve ever gotten anyone!

After using an SI belt at physical therapy, I was looking for a pregnancy-friendly belt to help support my low back while still being comfortable to wear while pregnant. I am updating my review from my previous 1-star. I figured out that this belt has to be placed on your belly just so in order for it to be tight enough around your waist. I had several failed attempts (there are no instructions with this product) but the Velco should line up on your left side which allows you to adjust. The thing I like most about this belt is that it is breathable and I can wear it at night without overheating. I also think even though it is a thicker material it is not very visible under most of my summer clothing (that is pretty tight). For reference, I am 5'2'' and bought this at the end of my 2nd trimester. The original waist was 27 inches. This is worth the price point just to try. I also suggest giving it a few days to work along with whatever stretches, change of shoes, or chiropractic care you are receiving to all work together to help.

I'll be honest, I was a bit on the fence about purchasing anything during my second trimester that might make me feel even more pregnant and huge than I already did, but this was an unexpected and revelatory purchase. The material is sturdy but forgiving, softer than I'd thought it would be, and actually helps me with my deep breathing exercises for stress, not to mention a nice respite from the lower back aches. I wore it three days straight and actually forgot it was on! Great product, I'd highly recommend this belt to all new mamas to be.

Listen....I don't know why I put myself through so much suffering for months with back pain, but I have seen the light. I am 8 months pregnant and have HORRIBLE back pain in my lower and upper back. My mom suggested I buy a belly support belt as I am always in the kitchen, on the go and have a toddler to chase after so let's say back pain is HIGHLY inconvenient for me.
This belt really really makes a huge difference. Even wearing it while sitting at my desk working helps my back. You do have to pull it a bit tight, but it's never uncomfortable or restricting. I highly recommend to pregnant women. Take care of your back while you can because the pain will only get worse. This provides great support and lifts your belly.

This is my first pregnancy so I had no idea I would need something like this. I am in my second trimester and the aches, pains, and uncomfortableness of the baby growing were killing me. My midwife suggested one of these belts and omg I wish I would’ve known beforehand that this belt would help alleviate some pain in my pelvis and back. It’s super stretchy so we will see how it stretches as I continue to get bigger.
