This is very comfortable underwear. I am a pear-shaped woman, size small but I have a super heavy bottom. I am 34 weeks pregnant now and my hips goes from 37.5 to 39!! So I ordered size L for this underwear. All my underwear fit so tight now so I looked for underwear that doesn't irritate my rashes on my hip as well. This underwear is made of 95% cotton which makes it perfect. Very comfortable and relaxed. Didn't give me a wedgie. PS. I am sorry for my stretch marks as shown in the picture. I bought these and the other maternity underwear from Intimate Portal (the ones that have the fabric crossing in the front). These were definitely the more comfortable ones for me. I am not a small woman in the first place and this is my fourth pregnancy. These cover; the others were very low and skimpy in the front.
Also, I've had a c-section in the past, and these underwear are low enough that they wouldn't bother a c-section scar.
They do ride down, but that's pretty much why I hate underwear anyway no matter the life stage. To have underwear that isn't binding around my pregnant belly and are modest enough to not be paranoid around my older kids makes me happy enough!
Based on the photo, I kind of expected them to have more material around the leg, almost a boy-short undie, but they're just normal underwear. I have a full bottom and normally wear a 14 or 16 in jeans, so I bought the XXL and I'm impressed by the coverage.
I did think the other ones were dreadful and I returned them.

I really love these maternity briefs, once I found the right size. Earlier in my pregnancy, about mid-second trimester, my hips measured 37” and I ordered mediums, assuming my hips would get bigger as the rest of me expanded. Well, I’m 32 weeks and that hasn’t happened yet; my hips are still at 37”. The mediums still fit all right as long as I wear them under tighter fitting pants such as jeans, but they do tend to slip down under pajama pants. The smalls are absolutely perfect for me. These briefs offer full butt coverage, which I like. They are a quite low cut in the front to be able to go “under the bump”; I found myself doing some grooming down there so nothing was poking up over the top! I highly recommend these, just follow the sizing guide!
